Help Me Eros directed by Lee Kang-sheng, has been selected in the competition lineup for the upcoming Venice Film Festival.

HAF 2003

The Drummer directed by Kenneth Bi, has recently made its debut at the 2007 Locarno Film Festival.

Other HAF Project Updates
   
 

Project completed:

Butterfly, directed by Chang Tso-chi and The Longest Distance, directed by Lin Chin-je, were both selected for HAF 2003 and have finished production.

Project in production:

Other projects have also begun production. Kim Jee-woon's The Good, the Bad and the Weird (HAF 2007), Brian Tse's Wee-Wee the Poop (HAF2007) and Liu Feng-dou's Part Ocean, Part Flame (HAF 2006) are all awaiting completion and will be on your screens in the near future!

Other news:

The 2007 Project, At the End of Daybreak has just participated in the Paris Project, a part of Paris Cinema. Director HO Yuhang and producer Lorna Lee were given the opportunity to present their HAF project to French financiers who attended the event.

Berma's Tear and Point of Reference, the two HAF projects that walked away with the SONY Fellowship in 2007, attended the Thailand CineAltaTM Workshop at the end of July. The workshop is scheduled to conclude later in August.

The New International Projects of New Cinema Network (CNC) of Rome Film Festival will present 13 projects from around the world. Three projects will be chosen in collaboration wtih HAF, while three others will be chosen with L'Atelier du Festival.
